Custom Orders:
Because all of our print jobs are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once printing has been completed and approved.
Errors or Quality Issues:
If there is a problem with your order due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size or print defects), we’ll gladly reprint the affected items at no additional cost. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the issue.
Customer-Supplied Files:
We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files, such as low-resolution images, spelling mistakes, or incorrect sizing. If you’re unsure, we recommend requesting a proof or test print before production.
Cancellations:
Orders may only be cancelled before printing begins. Once production has started, the full order amount is non-refundable.
Proof Approval Clause: Final approval of the proof is the customer’s responsibility. We will not proceed without confirmation.
Pick-Up Timeframe: Orders must be collected within 14 days unless otherwise arranged. Uncollected orders may be disposed of.
Test Print Reminder: Test prints are available from £15 + VAT.
