1. Delivery Information

We use reputable carriers to deliver all our goods, typically on a next working day basis.

  • If you require special delivery instructions or wish to ship outside the UK, please contact us in advance to arrange appropriate shipping.

  • While our carriers aim to deliver on time, Stokey Print Shop cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or any losses once goods have left our premises.

  • All carriers are fully insured to cover losses; any issues with delivery must be addressed directly with the carrier.

2. Payment Information

Payment for orders via our website may be made using:

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely.

3. Privacy Policy

To operate our online payment service and reduce fraud, Stokey Print Shop, as the data controller, collects your name, address, and credit/debit card details.

  • By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you consent to us processing your data for payment purposes.

  • We do not retain your credit or debit card information.

  • Your name and address are stored for internal use only. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a job, email orders@stokeyprintshop.co.uk immediately.

  • All orders are customised and cannot be resold. Cancellation fees may apply if the order has been plated or printed.

  • Fully printed orders will be billed in full.

  • If you believe you have been invoiced in error, contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

5. Proof Approval & Return Policy

  • Once an order is placed, changes to supplied artwork are not allowed without incurring additional charges.

  • Please review your artwork proof carefully for errors or omissions.

  • We reserve the right to rectify defective work by reprinting. Refunds are considered at our discretion and, if approved, will be credited to your account.

6. Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving goods.

  • Reprints are available only for the original file.

  • Faulty products must be returned to the shop for inspection.

7. Collection

  • All products must be collected within one month of completion.

  • Uncollected items after this period will be recycled due to limited storage.

  • Stokey Print Shop is not responsible for any unclaimed products.
